Keith has serviced my AC in the past and when it was time to replace it he was honest with his assessment, gave me a fair price, and did excellent work.

After an extensive on-line and phone search of companies in my area, it became apparent that some offered repair service and some offered preventive maintenance service. ServicePros provides both at a very competitive price. Keith was very personable and took the time to explain what he was doing with the furnace and tankless water heater maintenance. He also diagnosed a wiring problem with the humidifier that the original contractor had installed incorrectly. Overall I couldn't be happier with ServicePros. They will be back in the Spring for a central air checkup.
