My heat went out on Saturday night during the blizzard. I called Keith on Sunday morning to see if there was anyway he could possibly get to me to fix it. He dug out his truck (in the worst snow storm in several years) and got here to fix my heater. I don't know what I would've done! I am so grateful and will recommend him to all my family and friends! Service Pro did a thorough job in fixing my elderly mother's heat pump. A small leak in the system caused it to fail. Unlike his competition, Keith came in and did a thorough job in finding the leak, repairing it and recharging the system. He also gave us all our options in going forward.
