Furnace stopped working on a Friday night. Called Service Pro Saturday mid morning, they quickly scheduled appointment, showed up within time stated, located problem and gave me an estimate. After ordering the part my furnace was back in working condition by 3:00 Sat. Very pleasant experience if you can say that about not having heat although weather was on my side this time. (I did place two other calls one of which had no one to send.)
